Urquhart named first team All-Peach Belt

EVANS, Ga. − Flagler College senior midfielder Tiffany Urquhart (Ormond Beach, Fla./Seabreeze HS) has been selected to the 2009 All-Peach Belt Conference First-Team released Friday afternoon by conference officials at the conference tournament banquet. She becomes the first Flagler student-athlete to be selected for an all-conference honor in the Peach Belt. Urquhart was also a preseason All-Peach Belt selection.

Urquhart, a 5-fot-9 senior midfielder, led the Saints in points (19) and goals (8). She was a perfect 3-for-3 in penalty kick attempts and scored the game winning goal against Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University on Sept. 9. Urquhart started in 17-of-the-18 matches this season and helped lead Flagler to an 8-9-1 overall record this season and a 4-5-1 mark in its first season in the conference.
